The Acmena Smithii Allyn Magic is a slowish growing, dense native with beautiful glossy leaves that start bronze and turn deep green.
Responds well to clipping it can make an excellent small hedge or is good in pots or tubs for topiary.
Grows to approx. 80cm as a low hedge with no prominent flowers, long lived and relatively pest and disease free.
It also grows foliage right down to the ground, another good hedge feature. An excellent substitute for Buxus.
